What kind of photos should I upload?

We recommend using photos where the subject is centered and close-up.

When you upload your photos to our site, you will be prompted to crop them into squares to fit our 2-inch square magnet template. To ensure the best results, keep the subject as centered as possible to avoid cutting off the edges.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process all orders the same business day and ship them the following morning. USPS shipping typically takes 2-3 days to arrive.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer any refunds.

We do our best to ensure every photo is printed at the highest quality and that each magnet is carefully hand-crafted with minimal errors.
