How long does it take to receive my magnets?
We process all orders the same business day and ship them the following morning. USPS shipping typically takes 2-3 days to arrive.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
We do our best to ensure every photo is printed at the highest quality and that each magnet is carefully hand-crafted with minimal errors.
If you have concerns about your order, please reach out and resolve the issue.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you would like to place a bulk order of magnets please reach out to us at hello@magnetsyu.com for a quote.
Do I have to crop my photos?
No, you do not have to crop your photos. When you add your photos, you have the option to crop your photos, but not required.
We will crop it for you to best fit your magnet size. Upon request, we can send you proofs of your cropped photos so you can get it exactly the way you want!
What sizes do you offer?
We have three sizes you can choose from:
1. 2"x2" square magnets (hard back)
2. 2.75" x 3.25" rectangle magnets (flexible)
3. 3.25" x 4" rectangle magnets (flexible)

Can I preview a mock-up of my magnet before it prints?
Yes. We can send you a mock-up of your print before your order is shipped! This will be a good way for you to check if the image fits nicely within the size parameters.
How do I track my order once it’s shipped?
You can reach out to hello@magnetsbyu.com for a tracking number after it's been shipped.
What is the difference between your square magnets and your flexible magnets?
Our 2x2 square magnets are assembled in our pressing machine, and they are assembled with the photo, vinyl cover, and a magnetic strip on the back. These are hardback and durable.
The flexible magnets are larger prints taped on to a magnetic sheet.
What are your suggestions on which magnet size to choose based on my photos?
Our 2x2 magnets are best for single or two subject images. We suggest avoiding crowded pictures so they don't get cropped out on the edges.
Our flexible magnets are best for portrait or landscape images and can accommodate a more crowded picture! Our favorites are landscape images with subjects in the center with a pretty background.
